Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 3 hours after purchase. If you wish to cancel your order after 3 hours, then 9 USD fee will be charged from the amount of your order.

Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.



From June 25, 2021 we no longer accept returns from buyers. We offering only partial or full refund.
We don’t issue refund if:
– Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
– Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Bohointernal.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
All products performing quality control before shipping. Customer can submit a refund request if:
– You received wrong item, wrong size or color (full refund or free replacement).
– If the product has defects (missing or broken buttons, holes, inoperative zipper, fabric defects, open seams, stain) (partial refund).
If more than 3 days have gone by since the time you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept your refund request.
