All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours after purchase. If you wish to cancel your order after 6 hours, then 2 USD will be charged for each canceled item.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns must be sent within 10 days after you received the products. If more than 10 days have gone by since the time you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.
Shipping costs for the return of a product are the customer’s responsibility.
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unaltered and unwashed. The item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- If the size of the garment matches the size measurements stated on the sizing chart.
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Bohointernal.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal within 7 days. Return fee = 10 USD, will be deducted from the refund amount.
